Ed Wilbert, Owner
While I did not start out in the “Automotive” industry, I have a strong mechanical and customer service background.  My education includes: Associate’s Degree in Electronic Technology,  Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Management, Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from MSOE.
I've held many different positions from Automation Technician to Project Management as an employee of Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation for 20 years.  One of my biggest assets that I feel helps make Truck and Auto Elegance a step above our competition, is my formal “Voice of the Customer” training and interaction with end users while working for the R&D team at Milwaukee Electric Tool.  Every customer is different and has different needs.  My focus is finding out what the customer’s intentions are and what they are looking for.  From there I try to provide options based on my knowledge of the products we offer.

Brian, Detailer
Brian is a Veteran Detailer with (YEARS) years of dedicated service. He takes the title “Detailer” to a whole new level. When you’re looking for “Attention to Detail”, that’s just what you’ll get from Brian and the rest of your Truck & Auto team!
